Silk can be claimed from the Spotlight Caches for free at Collection Level 486+. This Collection Level is commonly referred to as Pool 5 or Series 5. So, you might claim Silk at Level 610, 1330, 2170, 3730, or other levels in Pool 5, depending on your luck in the game.
